Muhammad Uzair Karghatra is the founder and strategic architect of Pre-preneurship (Pvt.) Ltd. He owns the long-term institutional vision and the commercial relationships that anchor the company’s strategic partnerships. Prepreneurship Tower at 17 Mile is a project of The Serenade — Karghatra’s parent institutional vehicle for Pakistan’s digital infrastructure development. He chairs the board and holds final authority on strategic direction, capital allocation, and institutional governance.

Syed Wajahat Ali was appointed Chief Executive Officer effective January 2026. He drives execution across the full five-layer pipeline — from applicant acquisition through screening, formation, the Service Agency, and incubation — and leads the operational build-out of Prepreneurship Tower. He holds the operational delivery accountability for Cohort 1 and the institution’s positioning in Pakistan’s national digital workforce architecture.

Muzzamil Athar brings decades of senior leadership across Pakistan’s telecom and technology sectors — including Country Head roles at Huawei Pakistan and ZONG. He has served as IT Advisor to the Governor House of Sindh and holds an honorary PhD. He has been recommended for the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz for services to Pakistan’s technology sector. At Prepreneurship he owns the institutional partnerships, technology ecosystem relationships, and the warm-channel diplomacy that lets the company operate at national policy level.
